EFT Code of Conduct review: Galexia assisted CHOICE with its submissions to the Australian Security and Investments Commission's 2007 and 2008 reviews of the Electronic Funds Transfer Code of Conduct. The major issues considered in these submissions included the liability of parties in electronic funds transactions, particularly with regard to Internet banking. The 2007 submission included detailed technical advice on authentication techniques for electronic transactions. Find out more »

Galexia assisted actor Eric Bana in a domain name dispute against a cybersquatter before a panel of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in late 2007. Under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP - the dispute resolution policy for top-level domain names), the panel ordered that the domain name be transferred to Eric Bana.
