Fiona O’Loughlin - BSc LLB - Associate

Fiona O’Loughlin has practiced as a commercial lawyer since 1993, specialising in Information Technology law. Having reached the level of Senior Associate with Allen Allen & Hemsley, Fiona practiced in the UK in the IP/IT Department of Herbert Smith. Fiona's experience includes advising IT suppliers and customers on Internet, e-commerce and privacy issues. Fiona worked extensively on Galexia’s project for the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner and the National Office for the Information Economy, developing privacy guidelines for the use of digital certificates by Government agencies. She is also the co-author of an Intelligence Report on Privacy Impact Assessments.
